• If an order is refused, there's a 60 EGP fee for Cairo - Giza - Alex, and 75 EGP for the rest of Egypt for preparation and return services.

• We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may return or exchange any item within 14 days, provided it is in its original condition.
• Return & Exchange Fees:
– Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: 60 EGP (for shipping & handling).
– Other governorates: 75 EGP (for shipping & handling).
(Fees apply to both refunds and exchanges, except for wrong/defective items.)
• Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, your refund amount (minus return fees) will be issued within 7–10 business days from the refund request.
• Items without the Helio ticket, worn, used, or damaged are not eligible for return/exchange.
