Exchange & Refund Policy

• If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from us, you have the option to Return/Exchange it within 30 days ( The product must be returned in the same condition ).

• For Cairo - Giza - Alex, a fee of 50 EGP will be charged for preparation and return services.

• For the rest of Egypt, a fee of 60 EGP will be charged for preparation and return services.
