We aim to deliver all orders within 2–4 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to your destination city.

• We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may return or exchange any item within 14 days, provided it is in its original condition.

• Return & Exchange Fees:
– Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: 75 EGP (for shipping & handling).
– Other governorates: between 85-135 EGP (for shipping & handling) depending on the delivery city.
(Fees apply to both refunds and exchanges, except for wrong/defective items.)

• Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, your refund amount (minus the original shipping charges and applicable return fees) will be issued within 7–10 business days from the refund request.

• Items without the Helio ticket, worn, used, or damaged are not eligible for return/exchange.

• If you receive a wrong item or a defective product, we offer a free exchange or full refund—based on your preference—within 14 days.
