• Orders delivered within 3-5 working days.
• If an order is refused, there's a 60 EGP fee for Cairo - Giza - Alex, and 75 EGP for the rest of Egypt for preparation and return services.
Exchange & Refund Policy
• If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from us, you have the option to Return/Exchange it within 14 days ( The product must be returned in the same condition ).
• For Cairo - Giza - Alex, a fee of 60 EGP will be charged for preparation and return services.
• For the rest of Egypt, a fee of 75 EGP will be charged for preparation and return services.
